I’ve been asked for a recent picture without sunglasses so I picked one out that was taken a few weeks ago when my Mom was visiting. She took this shot of me as the sun was going down.
That photo is on my deck in front of my house overlooking the Pacific ocean as the sun sets. While not every sunset looks as spectacular as this one, I am still overwhelmed each day I catch the sun going down! It’s been about 10 weeks since I moved to Laguna Beach and while it does feel like home, I am still awed by how great it is here!
I really lucked out and got a great house in a very special place!

The Canon PowerShot A650 IS is one hell of a camera!
I bought it about 6 weeks ago and I have been thrilled with it!
What is notable about the PowerShot A650 IS is that unlike it’s predecessor, the A620 which ALSO does not have the excellent SPORTS MODE from it’s predecessor the A95, is that the newest camera has IS - image stabilization.

On my walk with Milo this evening at around 4:30 - 5:00 PM we encountered a beautiful California Sunset!
I took around a 100 pictures - most of them turned out great!
