I have been including a heaping tablespoon of diatomaceous earth (food grade) in my morning smoothies for almost 2 years now! It really does a body good!

I think it has done a lot to help make sure there aren’t any parasites in me, but also plays a part in improving my nutritional profile and keeping me healthy.

Diatomaceous earth has many health benefits (the human grade – not the kind you use in a swimming pool filter!).

Diatomaceous earth gets absorbed into the blood stream as silica.  One of the benefits of silica is that it helps to destroy bad fats. Another benefit is it can lower cholesterol levels.
