More Alkaline?

This article is about things that can help you make your body more alkaline.

Get soda pop out of your life. Yes – you’ll have a more alkaline body ph if you stop drinking that processed drink candy they call soda. Go with water. It’s easier than you may think to start substituting water for that Can of Coke or Pepsi or Mountain Dew or any soda drink.

Elimate refined sugar from your diet.

Back off on the fried food stuff you eat.

Stay away from lunchmeat that is heavily processed and full of chemicals.

Try to eat more healthy foods like spinach, apples, kale and cucumbers to name a few good fruits and vegetables.

Whether you go so far as to be concerned with the actual ph level and start testing – well – that’s up to you – but almost everyone can benefit from doing the healthy tips I suggested to help a body become more alkaline and less acidic.
