I find most people fall into one of two capms Mike, all natural or all medical. As I get older I now look at all possible treatments both medicinal and natural and I think an open mind is a real asset. My Labrador was diagnosed with a huge tumour many months ago and she has had the condition for at least a year.

We took her off all packaged dog food and she is really happy on a diet that is rare for a dog such as raw meat, salads and vegetables. At the same time I'm giving her shark cartilage despite varying reports on its efficacy. While she takes it for her tumour, I take it for some ailing joints. So far my dog is absolutely responding remarkably. Anecdotal evidence is just that anecdotal, but its certainly quicker than waiting on the results of a 5 year double blind scientific study.
